DO the acupunture Needles Hurt?

The short answer is no. Acupuncture needles are very thin, while the process itself is minimally invasive; the needles are hardly felt upon insertion.

What should I expect?

The treatment induces a feeling of physical and mental relaxation, so it is recommended that you avoid any strenuous physical activity after a session.

How many treatments will I need?

Each patient is individually evaluated upon intake, and a treatment plan is formulated accordingly based on their condition/case. Typically, a series of treatments is required.

Initial evaluation and treatment during the first appointment may last around 60-75 minutes. A follow-up session may last 45-60 minutes.

How long are treatment sessions?

We accept most major medical insurance plans (Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna etc.), however each individual plan is different and must be verified prior to your appointment.
